Open pictures

I am running Outlook 2000 from Office 2000 on XP.

When an open picture comes in on an e-mail and I try to save it to disk, it
always comes up with the only selection of BMP file.

Once before over a year ago, I asked this question and some nice lady sent
me to her web site and I downloaded a program to pick off those files in
there original state.
jpg or whatever. It listed the files at the top of the page.

Computer crashed and I had to wipe the C drive and did not save the program
somewhere else.

Does anyone know what the web site was?
