Open With... Attachments

Is there a way to right click an attachment and select which program to use
to open the attachment?
I couldn't specify Entourage which program to use to view an attachment.

If the application is on your Dock you can drag it from the attachments pane
down to the application icon on your Dock.

This is arcane....

Check out how mail.app does it... You have 3 options, Open Attachment, Open
with, Quick Preview...

Why can't Microsoft get it right the first time with this one?? It was so
simple just to copy the functionality from mail.app. If Microsoft wanted to
offer a superior email product, all it had to do was copy what makes
mail.app so great, add all the outlook stuff and integrate it with the rest
of the entourage application. That would have created a winner product
definitely.
JMHO.
