Open word document on form (doc located in table as OLE)

Hey all,

Is there a way to program a command button to open a word document saved in
a table as an OLE object? I've seen the posts for opening a document located
on the computer, but not from a table.

For example, I have a company/job description table which is used for
tracking company info (address, website, etc) and has a job posting for the
company in the table as an OLE object. I need a button on the form which
will open the OLE object in word for the user. I am not very skilled at
access and programming.
