Opening Attachments in Outlook XP

First of all, why did Microsoft change their Technet page? It's hard to do
a search on anything specific anymore (ie., Outlook, Word, Windows 2000).

Secondly, we have users who are receiving attachments, but can't open them.
It show's the attachment icon in the list view, but when they open the
message, there's no attachment. But other people can open them from their
Outlook.
