Opening attachments

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: imap I am having trouble opening attachments in Entourage. The error messages are different depending on the file (Word, PDF, etc.), however, in every case if I log on to my webmail system (Go Daddy) the file opens immediately. Is there a setting that I am missing in Entourage? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Well can you provide an example of file types and the corresponding
error message?

Hi Corentin,

Thanks very much for responding so quickly. I did figure it out and I am sorry to say that it was user stupidity. The settings governing the file size of downloaded messages was set far too low. It seems to be working now.
