Opening forms in outlook 2002

Outlook 2002
Windows XP

Trying to open a custom form, receive following error:

Internal MAPI error: An invalid parameter was passed to a
MAPI function. Cintact your system administrator

I am the system administrator

This form works on other XP machines

The only information I found is for windows 2000
installing the latest sp for office.

Any help appreciated
