Hi, I have a workstation with win2000pro and Office XP. At the beginning of the day she can use templates listed in the General Templates. For some reason late in the morning when the user clicks 'General Templates' on the Task Pane nothing happens. She then has to re-start before this option will work again. She may have to re-start several times a day

Any ideas or suggestions to resolve this problem are appreciated

If you use the FileNewDialog command instead of the File New > command, you
get direct access to the New dialog. The command doesn't have a default icon
and displays the text Other..., but you can paste the button face from the
New (FileNewDefault) button onto it (editing it if desired).
