I have a user operating Outlook 2000 on a Wondows 2000
Professional machine. She was initially having the
problem of Outlook closing when the Inbox was clicked
on. I ran Scanpst.exe but no errors were located. I set
up a folder called Inbox1 and then established a rule to
forward all incoming mail to the Inbox1 folder. After
about 2 weeks, Inbox1 is now having the same problem.
Click on Inbox1 to open it, and Outlook closes. I was
able to rename the Inbox1 folder to Inbox2, and it works
fine. If I rename the folder back to Inbox1, it closes
Outlook when clicked on.
Thank you in advance for any and all assistance.
