Hi,
I've run into a problem where, a user running OL 2000 or 2002 on a Windows
2000 Pro system against Exchange, hangs everytime you try to double click a
message to read it. The processor utilization goes up to 100% and task
manager reports OL has stopped responding. If the user logs into another
system it works fine so I'm pretty sure it's a problem with her local
workstation and not the Exchange mail box.
Has anyone else run into this problem? What's the best way to fix it? I've
ran all the Windows and Office updates and service packs and even defragged
the system. I'm pretty new at OL and Exchange so any help is greatly
appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Linn
