Opening Outlook 2002 I get error message file minet.ecf is missin.

When opening MS Outlook 2002 I get an error message which says that file
minet.ecf is missing or invalid. This doesn't seem to affect functioning of
Outlook which I use for synchronising with an iPaq. How do I stop this
happening
