Opening Page Change MS Pub 2002 ?

When I open Microsoft Publisher 2002, the opening
page shows Icons of aall the Publication Designs which
need to be switched off before commencing a new
project.

How may I arrange that the opening page is "ready
to start new project" i.e. blank?
