Opening Publisher 98 files in Publisher 2003

I can open some Pub 98 files in 2003 but not others. Large files (~18,000KB)
won't open. Small (~50KB) will. I don't have Norton Anti-Virus but do have
McAfee Virusscan, Personal Firewall+ & Privacy Service. Any ideas?
