Except of course, it isn't.

By taking bandwidth and time to tell the whole world that you're
ignoring something is, um...

....not ignoring it!

So, naturally I'm ignoring your post for the same reason!

I'll answer it by proving a link from Google.

It supposed to be a Microsoft Works Document. Which a very pared down
version of MS Office.

Some versions of Works files can't be converted to word according to the
link given above.

MS Works originally came out on the Macintosh Platform as Mac version of
Appleworks for the Apple I and II Series computer. In ye olden days
Before Mac. Apple purchased a Program from a Company, (however they made
the mistake of not patent it or having it copyrighted). Then when Mac
Came out they started a Company called Claris then created a Word
processing Program which I used for years until it was discontinued. MS
(before Apple and MS locked horns) came out with MS works which was also
based on That same application Apple bought for the Apple two, with
added internet connection. Later they came out with Office which were
beefier Application Originals were either take over or purchases for
penny's on the Dollar software from other software designers. They put
together these items and changed the name to Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint, Later on Entourage was add after it was decided to kill the
Mac version of IE.

Excel was brought to kill off (which they succeeded) Lotus 1,2,3 for
Mac. IN fact Lotus may not even make 1,2,3 even for PC now. In the old
days Lotus was actually the better program.

I got it taken care of with that website. I sure wish I did not need to
visit a website but get this done on my computer itself. But I guess that
will require MacLink Plus.
