OpenOffice 1.1 messed up PowerPoint as default program

For some reason OpenOffice took over PowerPoint as the default presentation
program so I can't open in PowerPoint anymore. I tried the "repair" feature,
but it did nothing. Strangely other apps have not been affected. (word, excel
etc)

Any advice on how to fix this? I'm afraid reinstalling MS Office will mess
up Outlook and do more harm than good since I have many files already on the
computer.

Windows Explorer, Tools->Options->File Types.

Nick, go to Open Office, any application and click on TOOLS>OPTIONS. Go to
Load/Save and check all your settings. That is where you can tell open
office to save like MSFT products would...
