Operation failed, an object could not be found

I have a XP Professional operating system with Microsoft
XP small business for software.I have used Outlook
Express for 2 yrs but want to convert to Outlook 2002
already loaded on my computer. When I do the
export/import function and tried to sen/rec email I keep
getting the message the operation failed, an object
cannot be found.

Have you ran Help-> Detect and Repair already?

Yes I did run detect and repair, also loaded from
microsoft updates 1, 2, and 3 and I still get the same
error message.
