Just last few weeeks whenI send an e-mail it says
operation failed. I close Outlook 2002 XP and reopen and
the email is in outbox and then goes. Also some new come
in. Why is this happening.
I disabled Norton e mail scan and found no difference.
Also have Comcast cable for ISP if that matters.
Outlook worked fine for years just now acting up
