Option to see contacts in address book is grayed out!

Hey all! When I got to my Address Book and select the menu to see my contacts, they are not there! I was told by Office Help, to right click my Contact folder and go to the Address Book tab and select the check box to "Show this folders as an e-mail address book" but the option is grayed out. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you added the Outlook Address Book to your profile? If you don't know
how, post your Outlook version.
