Option to show why contacts may not have been imported (from OE)

When importing contacts from Outlook Express, upon completion there is a
dialogue box. In that box, it may indicate, for example, that "350 of 355
contacts imported." Pleeae allow users to see those that are not imported
with a reason why, and if possible, suggest a remedy. If it is because of
duplicates, say so, or whatever may be the reaon.
