Order of forms in the Menu after creating them

I am creating forms and when I go to add a new form it adds it to the top of
the list. this is great if you know exactly how everything is going to work
out. but I have created a form and all is working well and now I want to
creat a dropdown list but put that form after the issues form but it puts it
at the top of the list is there any way of changing the order?

Hi Marc,

Based on my experience, if you create the forms, it will list the Forms'
Name as alphabetical. When you are under the Data View mode, and click New>,
you will find that all the forms you created will be listed as alphabetical.

If I don't misunderstand your meanings, you would like to create the forms
which contains the dropdown list as the response listed under the issues
from. We can do this as:

1. Enter the Design Pattern
2. Choose the form which contains the dropdown list.
3. Choose the Options tab, select "Use this form to create responses to the
selected record"
4. Click Save and Save to Groove.

I hope I will not misunderstanding your request. If so, please feel free to
let me knwo .

Thanks a lot.

Regards,

Shirley

As Shirley pointed out, they get listed in alphabetic order. The 'trick'
to setting your own order is to prefix every forms name with a number.

So a forms tool with three forms:

People
Products
Prospects

becomes

1. Prospects
2. People
3. Products
