Order ranking. Any suggestions?

I want to rank / rate the top 20 cells contents in order. ie if i use
(=max(A:A)it will give me the maximum (highest) value. likewise unsing min.
Is there a way I could find the second highest, then third value etc.

Have a look at the RANK(), SMALL() and
LARGE() functions.

Have a look at the LARGE(A1:A100,B1) function. B1=1,2, ... 20
