Organisation chart will not open in pp

I have a organisation chart in power point

when I open it up I get the following error

the server application, source file or item can not be
found or returned a unknown error you may need to reinstal
the server application.

I reinstaled power point and the chart, I have also
transfered it to other machine on the same domain and out
side it and still get the same error, the is a big chart
so I do not not want to loose it
