ORGANISED BY DATE SENT/ RECEIVED PROBLEMS

Last week an error occurred which seems to have
effected the display by date/time e-mail receievd and
sent. When the organise by date sent option the e-mail
are shown in a random fashion....showing messages
that have been sent over 2 months ago, as being the
latest e-mail..... (which is a lie?)

By the end of last week the problem seems to have
been resolved......however when I started Entourage
2001 again today the problem is resurrected.

Has anyone had this problem and more importantly
resolved the problem....it is annoying.

any help would be appreciated....cheers

When I see the issue of seemingly random sorting, it is usually resolved
with rebuilding the database. Quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild.
