I am a new user of both Mac and Entourage. I have 8-10 large contact
groups in Outlook on my PC and am migrating them to Entourage. I also
have almost 2500 contacts in my main Outlook contact list. I Outlook
these groups and main contact list are kept separate and are quite
usable this way.
(1) In Entourage it appears that while I can make a group and put many
contacts into it, all these contacts remain in the larger main address
book. Can I get them out of there but retain them in the group?
(2) When I imported 190 contacts from VCF files into Entourage and then
added them to a group, the group only show 156 of them. Are they all
there or not? When I try to compare the lists in the main address book
section it sorts them by last name and when I sort the list in the
group it sorts them by first name. Not too easy to compare the lists
that way. Any suggestions on either of these problems?
