Original E-mail deleted when answering a mail.

Hi.

One of our users are still running Outlook2000 with internet E-mail.

Now he is experience strange behavior of his e-mail. When he replays on an
incoming E-mail, the e-mail is deleted from his Inbox. How come and how can
I solve this problem?

Check the view filters on his inbox - he may be set up to view only unread
messages, etc.
