Original message not included in Outlook Web Access

When replying through Outlook Web Access shouldn't the original message
automatically be included in the reply? This seems to not be the case on
some machines. The reply will contain basic header info but not the message
body of the original message. Must be something to do with Internet Explorer
version or configuration. Anyone seen this and know a fix?
