Everything was working fine on my PowerMac G4 dual processor until I
installed the 10.4.6 updater that was posted yesterday. Now, when I
try to run Entourage 11.2.3, I get an error message that the root
certificate does not exist.
However, when I go into keychain access, I find that the root
certificate is, in fact, there, both in "login" and "X509 anchors". In
both instances, keychain access says the certificate is valid, but no
matter what I try, Entourage doesn't recognize its validity. I can't
even log into the exchange manually. I type in the correct password,
and it keeps coming back as invalid, although I can login with the same
password using the outlook web client on the same exchange.
I have already tried repairing permissions and repairing the keychain
through keychain first aid many times. Multiple re-starts has not
resolved the issue.
Any ideas? My work is stalled until this is fixed.
