OSX 10.3.9 and 11.2.3 update

Can anyone tell me if this update is recommended for OSX 10.3.9? Everything
is running well and I don't want to ruin a good thing. I'm not using
Exchange, and the Spotlight issue is obviously irrelevant with this OS.

Do the new sync services work with 10.3.9 or do they require 10.4.x? Right
now, I'm only syncing address book info to my phone, but I might consider
more calendar info if this works 'as advertised'.

I'd be curious to see some opinions of Office 2004 users still on 10.3.9 who
HAVE updated. Any issues?

Yep. There are several bugfixes for all apps and a Security Fix for
Excel. You can find all the details in the release notes that come
along the updater.
