Running Outlook 2002 (10.2627.2625) on Windows XP.
Have had two email accounts running successfully for some time, as well as
Norton Anti-Virus, Spybot and AdAware. Since will be deleting local dial-up
ISP and switching only to SBC DLS, I just change Default from local ISP
(airmail.net) to SBC.yahoo.com. Everything works fine until I reboot.
After reboot, my Default account and second both -receive- email, but get
error on Default (SBC) unable to send... 0X800CCC78... email address not
recognized, etc.
After weeks of troubleshooting and experimenting, have found if I delete the
Default Account and renter it with exact same information, all runs well
until I reboot again. Then have to go through same delete/readd process.
Have also tried disabling NAV and the spy/ad software, even though it had
never impacted anything before, and disabling had no effect. Seems as
though only solution is deleting/readding.
Any ideas?
