I am having a problem with emails that are being printed via a rule i set up utilizing the rules wizard. The formating of the emails are received in HTML format and when the the emails are printed (via the rule) the formating is not correct. When I manually open the email and then print it, the format is correct. The email that is printed is an order confirmation from a web site I have developed
Any advice is great apprecitated
