I recently had cause to repair my Outlook settings. The process terminated
with out error messages but thereafter the Business contact manger would not
work. I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall new but he installation
process starts and then very quickly terminates with a message
Business Contact Manger was not installed. I see that the two related
service in Component Services [MSql....} are not started.
Do I need to do something to these services to be able to reinstall BCM?
