when i am opening a name from outlook business contacts
manager, i get a message saying array index out of
bounds. i hit "OK" and a data screen comes up that says
this is not an outlook screen; outlook will open with
outlook screen... screen has contact information, but it
doesn't look like the screen i usually get, i.e., doesn't
have drop down menu for various kinds of notes, etc.
then, when i try to save and close the contact screen, i
get another message that says, "this function cannot be
performed in outlook"....
basically, how do i restore previous type of screen?

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
