Out of Office Assistant

Simon

One of my users is back from vacation, but can't open the Out of Office Assistant in Outlook XP (Wind XP) to disable the automatic answer feature.
He gets a dialog box stating "the command is not available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension".

As far as I know, no other user has experienced this problem.

I've been googled or this extensively, but found no answers to the problem.
