Note that the OoOA only replies once per sender and that by (secure) default
replying to the Internet is disabled on the Exchange server.

Hi Thanks for the reply, i have checked that option but
this is only related to one user out of about over 1000
users.

Doesn't it reply to people within the same Exchange environment either?
Disable it first, restart Outlook and then turn it on again.
Otherwise use the mdbvu32.exe tool from the Exchange resource kit to take a
closer look at the mailbox and the configured rules.
