Out of office assistant

In Entourage X, how do I turn on the out of office assistant on. I am
going on holidays and would like to turn it on. I've always been able
to do it in Outlook, but it seems to be missing in Entourage X.

There is not actual OOA in Entourage X. You can either setup a filter
that will send a automated reply to every mail you get (which requires
to leave Entourage running while you are away of course) or if you have
your account on an Exchange server with Webmail, you can connect through
webmail and setup the OOA from there.
