Hey,
I have a client who's Out of Office assistant has stopped working. They
have SBS 2003 and Outlook XP. We have tried using it through OWA and having
her open email on another computer without any luck.
I found a couple tools online which would fix the problem, but also wipe out
any other rules she has in place. She's got a bunch of email rules set up
to divide email to seperate folders, so we'd like to avoid killing those off
as well. Is there another tool or method that would allow you to delete/fix
the corrupt OoO rule without making her re-create all the other rules in
place?
Thanks for your help.
