In Outlook 2001 for mac there was an out of office
feature you created with the out of office wizard. Where
is it in Entourage?

No, this feature is not included with Entourage. You could create a rule to

You can alternatively connect to the Exchange server through Webmail
(when it is enabled) and set the rule from there. This might be much
easier in your case)
