I have a NT 4.0 workstation machine running Office 2000.
It seems that all of a sudden, when a user tries to attach
small Excel or Word docs to a new email, he gets an Out of
System Resources Error and is told to close some
applications and try again. The problem being is that
there are no other programs running. I made sure the
system was clean of viruses and addware/spyware. I
increased the virtual memory and made sure the performance
option was set to the maximum level, but still get the
error. Any ideas anyone - it would be much appreciated.
