Out of the Office Auto Reply

We use Out of the Office Autoreply on a regular basis. All of a sudden, I have two Outlook clients that no longer send an AutoReply. They are both set up correctly and the Out of the Office Assistant is turned on. Yet, if I send a email to that client, I do not get an AutoReply. What happened?
