Out office Office - Time don't match

A copy of the finacial director's e-mails are being copied to his PA whenever someone sends him something. I had a look at the e-mail that was send from a user on same network to him and it was send the following data and time

Fri May 28 15:04:42 200

She then got an "out of office" from the PA's account but the time is earlier

Fri May 28 14:57:21 200

How is this possible?
