I have a person using Mac OS 10.4.3 and entourage v. 11.2.1 (051004).
When a message is composed and sent that contains a line with exactly
75 characters and the 76th is a period followed by a return or a space
the message is truncated and the 75th character is the last thing that
anyone sees that recieves the e-mail no matter what is typed on the
following lines. The only thing that I can think of is that it is
somehow putting the period on the next line when it is being sent
because that could emulate a "return period return" which is the
defualt way to end an e-mail in a console session. The machine has
been reloaded two times. Only the address book was copied back over.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks. -shane
