Outl2000: Out of Office Assistent

within our company it's policy to use the OoOA whenever yoyr away. We've
noticed that some e-mail boxen don't send the reply message (where others are
working perfectly).
I've check the setting described in articel KB297281 but no forwarding was
enable on the server. I've even tried to make a forwarding en checked
'Deliver message to both ...' but with no effect.
On the client we use Offce2000,on the server MS Windows server 2003 for
Small Business Server SP2
