Here is what I would like to do:
* Divide my presentation in chapters, each 1 or more slides
* On the left of every slide, have a list of chapters, the current one is
highlighted
I don't want to have to copy & paste the outline list by hand.
Has anyone seen anyting like that? I am willing to change a set of existing
macros.
