Outline Numbered List/Number Style

Is there a way to add a custom style to the number style list in the
Customize Outline Nubmered List? There are a few preset examples like:
1, 2, 3, ...
and
01, 02, 03, ...

But what I need is 001, 002, 003, ...

I can fake it out by putting a 0 in front and hope nobody gets past 99 but
I'd like to do it right.

For that you'll probably need a SEQ field.
