Hi,
I like using the Word Outline feature. On my Palm device, I use
BrainForest which is an outliner that can import tab delimited txt
files as outlines. If I format my outline headings to display with
different tab indents (WordXP), I lose this when I save to txt and
open in NotePad.
The results are better but inconsistent if I save as .ans file and
then transfer to a .txt file with NotePad. Is there a better way to
transfer tab delimited text from a Word document into a plain text
file? The idea is to make simple lists that can be used as outlines my
multiple applications without having to resort to HTML.
Thanks for any advice of pointers,
Jan
