outllook 2000 attachment oddity

Hi,

Outlook 2000-SP1 is doing something odd with attachments, instead of
inserting the attacment into the attachment bar it inserts them
indescriminately into the email body.
when the email is recieved it has the attachments in the body as well.

I would imagine there is a setting somewhere in Outlook to enable me
to go back t inserting attachments into the attachment bar, cant find
it tho!!

Any ideas or is this a bug?

No bug, you configured to use RTF format. Configure Outlook to use Plain
Text or HTML format and attachments will show up under the subject line
again.
To change format;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
