Outllook Express/Outlook 2000 - Block messages option

Why on Outlook Express you have a option to Block Sender
and Outlook 2000 you don't?
We recieve a few spam e-mails a day and want to block them
using Outlook 2000.
We will be upgrading to Outlook 2003 will that have the
option to block unwanted e-mails???

Have you udated Outlook 2000 as well with the latest service packs and the
security update?
Outlook 2003 has this feature as well but hopefully you don't need it too
much as Outlook 2003 also comes with a Spamfilter
