Outllook In Terminal Services Enviroment

Hi All

Can some please let me know how you can setup Outlook so that when a user
logs onto the terminal server for the first time and opens outlook it will
auto create the users profile so no user intervention is required?

I already have Outlook installed on the server so anyway without having to
reinstall would be appreciated
