Outlok 2007 picture attachments resizing

Hello again,

New to the mac and just trying to see if there are some similar
processes.

In Outlook 2007 there is an option to automatically resize your
pictures when you either reply or forward a message with pictures in
them. Is there a similar option in entourage that will prompt the
user about the picture size before the message gets sent?

Sorry that option is not available. It sounds like a great feature though.
Send Feedback to Microsoft. If enough people send in a request for the
feature, we might see it in a future version of Entourage. Too late for new
feature adds in Entourage 2008.

iPhoto has the option to resize. In iPhoto select the Email button. This
lets you choose a selection to resize and send as e-mail attachments. Iphoto
is a default Mac application. But if going to iPhoto seems time consuming,
you might want to try an Automator action. Automator is also a free Mac
application.
