outloo.exe goes up 100% usuage

Hello world.

I am using XP version SR2 outlook 2002. Somehow everytime
i open my outlook after 30 sec. CPU goes up 100%, because
outloo.exe process occupied 99% of CPU usage. I had de-
installed XP office, back to office 200. but it doesn't
make any change..

What else can be course of the problem. ??
