i am having two problems w/ outlook 2003:
1. i am getting duplicate msgs from various senders. one
goes to the deleted items while one goes to the folder i
have set up for it.
2. [and this one is the one that is really bugging me]. i
cannot get outlook to recognize certain safe senders, it
dumps their email into the deleted items. i have put them
on safe sender list as well as created rules to have
these emails dropped into my inbox but i can't get
outlook to cooperate. any ideas?
